SO EXCITED to announce my first ever Winter Flower School! After years of individual classes and group workshops, and after many requests, I’ve finally decided to run a short flower course.
I’ll be sharing all my flower knowledge with students; secret design tips, the best wholesalers, and how to style flowers for weddings or events. ALL of my knowledge, from 12 years in the industry.
Classes are suitable for beginners or intermediate florists, and will run Wednesday evenings (to accommodate for those with other commitments), from 6.3-8/ 8.30pm, 3 Aug – 7 Sept 2016.
Wk 1: Strauss bouquet – basic processing & spiralling techniques
Wk 2: Unstructured bouquet – garden bridal style with trailing foliage
Wk 3: Flower crown, corsage & boutonnière – wiring techniques, wearable designs
Wk 4: Table compote arrangement – wild, free-spirited florals in goblet
Wk 5: Creative table-scape – natural garland, candles & woodland flowers
Wk 6: Suspended floral feature – communal design, event styling tips
The cost is $765 all inclusive, the full booking at 15% off, or $150 per class. Please note this is a very exclusive tuition ; participant numbers are limited!
You get to take home your completed flower designs, as well as step-by-step guides to refer to later, based on the elements & principles of flower design.
