Beautiful Flowers by Stacey guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. Each Beautiful Flowers by Stacey arrangement is delivered either personally by Stacey, by staff or by a professional courier, and created by Stacey (or, a professional, experienced florist).
All Beautiful Flowers by Stacey designs illustrated are a guide only, to the style of flowers and gifts that will be delivered. Items may vary according to seasonal availability, or to meet quality standards. Some items may not be suitable to be sent in our hot summer. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements. Substitutions will only be advised if they are different from an item specifically requested, and will not be advised if they are a small difference (ie. exchanging flower colours/ types within mixed designs).

Complaints that are made to Beautiful Flowers by Stacey within 24 hours of a gift delivery being received, are eligible for a claim for exchange or full refund. As flowers are a perishable item, they must be returned to Beautiful Flowers by Stacey within 24 hours of delivery time, to receive a refund or exchange. Cancellations or alterations to gift delivery orders, must be made within 24 hours of ordering, for a refund/ exchange.
Please choose carefully – refunds are not available for selection of the wrong product. Exchange & refund is given for flower products well cared for only (ie; stems kept in water, kept cool, not left in a hot car). Ensure full product is refunded – i.e. including box/vase/gift wrap, as ordered.
Please note, deliveries are a separate purchase, and therefore, a free re-delivery or second delivery is not included in any exchanges or refunds. Refund claim on delivery is offered individually, if courier confirms fault/non-delivery.
Terms & Conditions – weddings/ events
Fresh flowers are a short-lived, transient beauty; they are perishable (and subject to change quickly, depending on temperature & hydration conditions). As such, all wedding/ event orders (which frequently use more delicate flower types), are considered final on delivery/ setup, or pickup. To make sure that you are satisfied with your flowers, please inspect your order details carefully, to ensure all your specifications are noted clearly.
Cancellations or larger alterations to wedding/ event orders, must be made 28 days prior, as this time is required with some of my suppliers, to place orders for some import blooms. Late payments may result in changes to varieties, pending availability. Smaller changes after 28 days prior, will be accommodated whenever possible (pending orders already with suppliers & botanical availability).
In the event the botanicals selected are not of a suitable quality, I reserve the right to make substitutions. The integrity of the proposed look and colour scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Refunds will not be given for minor changes in flower type, colour or appearance, as nature has many seasonal variations.
